Proceeds of the photographic sales will be donated to Green Bronx Machine. Come celebrate the Gala Launch of Green Bronx Machine; zoned for people to live, work and play. This event highlights our ABC Television prime time appearance featuring Bronx Youth responsible for greening NYC. On June 22, 6-9 PM, at Cafe Iguana, we will honor Green Bronx Machine and Graham Windham Foster Care Agency and feature aligned public and private organizations / individuals - all in support of Bronx Youth Initiatives. Our goal is to raise funds and awareness so that we may purchase green houses to place on lots across the Bronx and NYC to facilitate year round food production in safe, educational settings; creating access to local, healthy, fresh food and job development. Come meet the youth and individuals that are harvesting hope and cultivating minds while transforming landscapes and mindsets across the country. Your $20 tax deductable donation at the door includes: DJ, entertainment, appetizers, raffle ticket and access to items from onsite vendors who will be donating part of their proceeds to Green Bronx Machine. Hello friends and colleagues: I would like to invite you to the fundraiser for Haiti at the United Nations on Friday March 5th from 6:30 to 11:00 PM. Work from over 30 artists, including myself will be on display and for sale to benefit organizations for the Haitian people. Any profits derived from the sale of photos I am donating (which includes my photo of Mother Teresa above) to The H.E.A.T. foundation (http://theheatfoundation.org ) There will be a $15.00 donation requested to attend the fundraiser. There will be a cash bar for food and drinks. There will live music, art and other entertainment. Because of high security at the UN, any attendees must call in advance so that their name will be on the guest list. You MUST be on the guest list to enter.
